All tuition must be paid by enrolling in the school’s ACH debit monthly payment plan. Tuition, fees, and any extra hours accrued will automatically be withdrawn from your account on the 15th of each month beginning in September 2026 and ending in June 2027.

Cleaning Fee: $15
To keep the school sanitary, and to comply with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Dept. of

Early Education & Care guidelines, a monthly cleaning fee will be charged to offset the cost of the school’s additional cleaning and sanitation supplies.

The enrollment fee is due with the child’s registration and is a one-time payment based on how many days your child attends school. The enrollment fee not only secures your child’s place in our program but covers their activities through the upcoming school year, including but not limited to music, creative movement, Lego workshops, and cooking projects. The enrollment fee is due at the time of registration, will not be pro-rated for those joining school mid-year, and is non-refundable.

Early Morning Drop Off: $15
Available Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 9:00am.

Lunch Bunch: $15, plus $6 for a school-provided lunch*
Available Monday – Friday from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.

*Lunch offerings to be provide to families in September.

Extra Day: $35
Child may opt to attend an extra day on a space-available basis, advance notice to the school is required.

Ascension Nursery School's Daily Schedule

Ascension Nursery School has a predictable routine to enhance children's learning, growing, and independence.

8:00-9:00 Early Bird Drop-Off: Get a jump start to your day while your child explores and plays throughout the classroom.

9:00-9:15 Arrival and Greeting: Each child is welcomed into the classroom and small group activities are on each table. The activities are changed each day.

9:15-9:30 Circle Time/Morning Meeting: This portion of the day is designated for greetings, finger plays, singing, dancing, poems, calendar, counting, oral language, sharing science, social studies, and theme discussions.

9:30-10:15 Teacher Directed Activity/Learning Centers: A teacher directed art activity, readiness, and small group projects take place during this time. Children are free to choose a learning center, which are changed daily.

10:15-10:30 Snack: Children enjoy snack and conversations with their friends. We encourage healthy snacks.

10:30-11:00 Enrichment Activities: This time is designed for reading readiness, music, creative movement, cooking projects, and science exploration.

11:00-11:15 Clean-up: We have a general clean-up time where all children work together to keep our classroom clean.

11:15-11:45 Outside/Inside Gym Activities: Playground, walks, and other outside activities take place, weather permitting. Gym and inside activities include games, tumbling, parachute, large muscle development, and coordination activities.

11:45-12:00 Storytime: Teacher reads a book for all children to enjoy.

12:00-12:15 Dismissal/ Small Group Activity

12:15-1:00 Lunch Bunch: Children enjoy lunch with their friends, games, and exploring the classroom.
